OPERATION & SETUP
• Install the lens according to your welding helmet manufacturer’s instructions.
• Make sure the arc sensors on the front of the lens are not blocked or covered.
• Use the digital buttons on the lens to select shade 5–13 based on process and amperage.
• Adjust sensitivity so the lens darkens reliably whenever the arc is struck.
• Set delay time so the lens returns to light state at a comfortable speed after welding.
• Use Tack Mode when performing repetitive tack welds to reduce eye flicker and fatigue.
• Keep sensors and lens surfaces clean, dry and unobstructed for best performance.
• Store the lens in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight when not in use.
