REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the refund process and obtain approval for the return.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Return Instructions

To return your product, you should send it to the address we will provide after you contact us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
