How to Buy in Our Online Store?
- Choose the product you like the most.
- Add the product to your cart.
- Go to the cart, located in the upper right corner.
- Click on 'Process Order' and fill out the form.
- Ready! In just a couple of days, enjoy your products when they arrive at your home.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within the first few hours after purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible, please contact us.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
- Via Chat: Open the WM Chat on our site, choose Track Order, and enter your order number and email to see the live status.
- Via your account: Log in, go to Orders, select the order, and click Track shipment.

What regions do you ship your products to?
We ship to all states across the United States! Whether you are in sunny California or vibrant New York, you can enjoy our products. Just make sure to provide a valid address within the U.S. to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, we now offer shipping to Canada. Please note that customers in Canada will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order. Delivery (after shipping):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
We ship with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Note: Weather, carrier issues, or holiday peaks may occasionally cause delays.
Why is my order delayed?
Our team is diligently working to process all orders promptly. If your order is delayed, it may be due to an unexpected increase in demand or logistical delays. What Is Your Refund Policy?
If you have received a damaged item, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase. Please note that no refunds will be issued for purchases made in error. Additionally, we do not cover shipping costs, provide credits, or offer refunds for shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. Ensure that returned products are in their original, unused condition.
