Welding Cap Sizing Guide
Find your best fit. Measure your head where the cap sits (see diagram), then match your measurement to the chart below.
How to Measure
- Head circumference: Wrap a soft tape around your head at the hairline/helmet line, slightly above the eyebrows and ears.
- Keep the tape level all the way around.
- If you plan to wear a bandana/liner, measure with it on.
